Delivery & returns
Delivery The processing of your order takes usually 1-4 working days for fully paid orders. As a rule we deliver within 2-3 working days, depending on the destiny allow 2-10 working days for shipping. Possible exceptions are specified on the product detail page. Should the ordered goods not be available, we reserve the right not to deliver them. In this case we shall inform the customer without delay and return any payments made, also without delay. We ship our jewelry covered by insurance with Deutsche Post/DHL. Depending on your destination it will be delivered by your local mail. The tracking number we provide you, is a tracking number by German mail. Usually this tracking number changes in the recepient country.
Please note that the delivery period within europe is approx. 4-7 business days and for worldwide shipping depending on the destination from 7-14 business days. We always recommend to order as soon as possible. Please make sure your address is correct and that somebody is present at this address to take your delivery, otherwise please mark an alternative address.
Christmas Delivery: during Christmas time we ship all orders upon availibility (orders until 2pm) same day or day after. Our last day of shipping before Christmas 2016 is the 23rd of Dec., for a timely delivery for Christmas within Germany, we advice orders until 21nd of Dec. midnight. Time for delivery depends on the destiny and shipping method. Please note that delivery delays during Christmas time are possible. We always try our best but we can not be held responsible for delays caused by shipping. In case of urgency, please use our express delivery service or feel always free to contact us directly at email@example.com or +49-(0)30-93624680, we can arrange overnight deliveries for Germany and same day deliveries with Berlin. Please note there is no shipping at weekends or bank holidays. The Christmas/ New Year Bank Holidays in Germany are the 25th and 26th of december and 1st of January.
Delivery costs Delivery costs will be charged according to order value and destination as per particulars given below. It can happen that for some deliveries abroad additional customs duty will be charged.

Returns The customer is entitled to withdraw from the contract in writing (e.g. letter fax, email) or by returning the goods within two weeks (by instruction before conclusion of the contract) or one month (by instruction following conclusion of the contract) without giving reasons. The deadline begins no earlier than on the date the instruction was received. The revocation or returned goods shall be considered timely if dispatched within the defined period. In the case of an effective revocation the either party is obliged to return any performance received. If the customer is unable to return the received performance fully or is only able to return it in a damaged condition, they are required to pay compensation when required. This is not applicable for the surrender of goods if the damage to the goods is attributable to testing as it might have been performed at a retail shop. In addition to this, the requirement to pay damages can be avoided if the customer avoids using the goods as an owner and refrains from any action, which may reduce their value. When exercising the right of revocation the customer will bear the cost of returning the goods, unless the delivered goods are not the same as the goods ordered. The customer is required to return the goods within two weeks after exercising their right of revocation if the right has not already been exercised by returning the goods.
