Orders are usually processed and shipped the same day of the week or the following day. The delivery time within Germany is usually 1-2 working days and 7-15 working days for international shipping. We try to process and deliver your orders as quickly as possible, but we cannot accept any liability for timely delivery by the shipping company. The delivery times given are standard delivery times and may be extended in case of increased shipping volumes, e.g. during the Christmas season and due to the current pandemic situation. We therefore recommend ordering in good time or ordering by express. If an ordered item is currently not available, we will contact you immediately and inform you about possible delays. The customer is entitled to cancel the contract without giving reasons in writing (e.g. letter, email) or by returning the goods.
In urgent cases, you can enter any desired changes in the comment field of your order or contact us by phone +49-(0)30-97004160 (Mon - Sat from 12 to 19 o'clock). Every order is insured by us via Deutsche Post / DHL. As soon as a parcel leaves our head office, the customer will immediately receive the corresponding tracking ID to be able to track the shipment. If the package is sent abroad, the tracking ID changes as soon as it is handed over to the local shipping company. In case of delivery delays, please go to the tracking page of the shipping company. Please note that tracking only works when the package has been picked up by the shipping company and not when the tracking number for the shipment has been generated by us.
Please note that shipping within Europe takes about 4-7 working days and worldwide, depending on the country of destination, usually 7-14 working days. Due to the pandemic in many countries there are currently enormous delays in delivery. We therefore ask you to place your order as soon as possible or to choose express delivery. Please make sure that you enter the correct delivery address and that there is someone there to receive the package.
Last order deadlines during the Christmas period During the Christmas period we ship all orders (if ordered before 2 pm) on the same or following day, depending on availability. The last shipping day before Christmas is 20 December. In order to receive your order within Germany in time for the 24th of December, we recommend that you order by the 19th of December at the latest. The delivery time depends on the shipping address and the chosen shipping method. Please note that there may be considerable delays, especially during the Christmas season. As the shipping is done by Deutsche Post/DHL, we have no influence on this. In urgent cases please contact us by phone +49-(0)30-97004160 (Mon - Sat from 12 to 19 o'clock) and change your shipping method to Express. Within Germany / Europe we can arrange next working day delivery and within Berlin same day delivery. Please note that there are no deliveries on weekends or holidays. The legal Christmas holidays / New Year are 25th / 26th December and 1st January.
The shipping costs depend on the value of the order and the delivery address. Please note that for deliveries outside the EU, including Switzerland, additional charges in the form of customs duties and fees may apply. Please inform yourself here in advance, as higher additional costs may be incurred depending on the country. If your destination country is not selectable, please contact us at email@example.com for and we can calculate your shipping costs individually.

You want to exchange your order? This is no problem within 14 days. Please contact us by mail at firstname.lastname@example.org regarding your exchange request. You will receive a return label by mail for free return shipment within Germany. Outside of Germany we can not offer this service at the moment. Send your order back to us in its original packaging and with the completed return slip. On special request the exchange period can be extended in advance. At Christmas longer exchange periods apply. Goods purchased after 6 December 2020 can be exchanged until 6 January 2021.
Breathing masks and sleeping masks cannot be exchanged for reasons of hygiene, this also applies to gift boxes containing these items.
The customer is entitled to withdraw from the contract of sale by informing us by e-mail or letter of his return and returning the goods to us unused and in their original packaging within 14 days. We recommend an insured return shipment with tracking and tracing, so that in case of loss of the shipment, proof of delivery can be provided.

In the event of an effective cancellation, the services received by both parties are to be returned. If the customer cannot return the received performance in whole or in part, or only in a deteriorated condition, the customer is obliged to pay the required compensation. This does not apply to the surrender of goods if the deterioration of the goods is exclusively attributable to their inspection - as would have been possible for the customer in a shop, for example. In addition, the obligation to pay compensation can be avoided if the customer does not use the goods as an owner and refrains from doing anything that could impair their value. If the revocation is exercised, the customer shall bear the costs of the return shipment, unless the delivered goods do not correspond to the ordered goods. The customer undertakes to return the goods within two weeks after exercising the right of revocation, if the revocation has not already been exercised by returning the goods.
